Terms and Conditions – Gabriel Care

By becoming a member of Gabriel Care, you agree to the following terms and conditions that govern the use of our services.

Membership Eligibility

Membership is open to any individual who completes the registration process and pays the required fees.

A once-off joining fee and monthly membership fees apply, as determined by the society.

Waiting periods of 3 months (under 60 years) and 6 months (over 60 years) apply before certain benefits can be accessed.

Member Responsibilities

Members are bound by the Constitution and By-laws of the Gabriel Care Society.

Membership fees must be paid promptly to retain access to benefits and services.

Members must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and throughout their membership.

Services Provided

Access to ambulance support and healthcare-related assistance, subject to membership terms.

Additional services may be introduced and updated at the discretion of Gabriel Care.

Termination of Membership

Membership may be terminated due to:

Resignation (written notice to the Secretary).

Non-payment of fees for more than two months.

Expulsion by the executive committee for violating society rules or misconduct.

Limitation of Liability

Gabriel Care aims to provide reliable and timely healthcare support, but cannot be held liable for delays or circumstances beyond our control. Services are provided within the scope of available resources and in compliance with South African law.
