The family package is designed to meet the needs of those looking to join the standard package as a family. A family pack allows members to add their spouse and one dependant under the age of 18 years (family of up to four members).

- Unlimited on-call medical advice
- Unlimited remote psycho-social support (on call counselling services)
- Additional members: Minors - R20; Adults - R35
- Any member above the age of 60 years will have extra charge of R20.
